A feat achieved through a combination of technical and management innovation by scientists and engineers at Synergetics Environmental Engineering.

It means that the building has the unique characteristic of generating more energy than it consumes, a feature not exhibited by any other commercial office building in Australia!

All of the buildings power is in fact generated by the 23.6kw solar panel array on the roof, made up by over 115 individual panels.

Positive Energy Places now provides workstations for small and medium businesses who value being part of a leading-edge environmental innovation.
